Primavera depicts a magical flowered scarf swirling around a column topped with a sculpture of the sun. 200 Spring flowers “flow” from the scarf onto the richly textured aggregate concrete ground plane, illustrating dozens of different seasonal blossoms, and creating a pathway of blooms running hundreds of feet across the park plaza.
